What if a vineyard were held for ransom? It really happened
Here in the Napa Valley we often hear about crimes involving wine. Usually it’s economic crime. It has to do with sales, or hoarding or misrepresentation. But imagine if it involved the vineyards themselves and what if those vineyards become ransome in an elaborate plot to destroy a winery, or maybe even a whole region.
