Green Energy Comes to Napa

Napa residents now have a choice about their electricity and renewable energy.  Thanks to good decisions by the County and City Councils throughout the Valley, MCE Napa County is now a community choice energy program, launching in the County and in all the Cities beginning in September.  Alexandra McGee fills in the details.
