A Look Back at JoAnn Busenbark’s Brilliant Career of Public Service

JoAnn Busenbark is as close to a Napa institution as we have.  Her years of service on the Napa City Planning Commission, the Napa City Council and her recently completed twelve years on the Napa Valley College Board of Trustees are just part of a long career serving the community. Add to this thirty years serving the disabled at Napa Valley College and you have a brilliant career to look back on.  Take a listen as JoAnn reminisces and pulls no punches about what she see happening today at NVC.
